The house has three levels: -On the ground floor: •Exterior: The garage, the pool, a bar with grill, a small outdoor room, a bathroom, backyard, and a small room with laundry area •Interior: The dining room, the kitchen, and two large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. -On the first floor you will find a small bar, a bathroom in the back, the living room and two other bedrooms each with a private bathroom, one of the bedrooms with a small terrace overlooking the backyard -The second level: terrace •Exterior: Small outdoor room with bar and 1 bathroom •Interior: 2 sofa beds with full bathroom Guest access All open spaces are available to guests Other things to note House Rules Please follow the following rules to make your stay with us more enjoyable: •The check-in time for the house will be from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. In case of any setback, please contact the administrator • Check-out time from the house will be until 3:00 PM, otherwise you will be charged an extra day •The house has a garage for one vehicle only. If you need more space, please inform the administrator •Reservations for third parties are not accepted. The reservation will only be given to the reservation holder. • Please do not allow entry to people who are not staying in the house or have more people than those registered without prior notice. If so, an extra charge will be made •The pool can be used at any time, as long as the following rules are followed: -Do not consume drinks or food inside the pool -Do not bring in glass, metal, plastic, rags, sharp objects or any other object that is not suitable for swimming pools, - Enter only in a bathing suit -Use the showers before entering the pool to keep it clean - Please do not urinate or defecate in the pool. If you or a minor in your charge needs to use the bathroom, please exit the pool and go to the bathroom. - Apply sunscreen or any other chemical product 30 minutes before entering the pool to avoid contamination •Keep common areas clean and clear. • Try not to damage the vegetation (grass or plants) found on the property. •Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms or lawn, only in the garage area, balconies or terrace •In case the sheets, comforters, mattresses, etc. are stained And they cannot be cleaned (blood, makeup, food, etc.) you will be charged to replace them, the same with any other damage to the facilities or loss of objects belonging to the property. •If you use the kitchen, glasses, plates, cutlery, coffee maker, etc. YOU MUST WASH ANYTHING YOU USE. •There is a clothesline in the back garden, please do not place wet clothes in any other area of the facilities as the furniture may be damaged. •Cleaning is done only before handing over the house, so please keep it in good condition and hand it over as it was handed to you, otherwise there will be an extra cleaning fee, remember to treat it as if it were your house. •If you're coming with minors, please take care of them as there are spaces in the facilities that can be dangerous (stairs, pool, terrace, windows, balcony) • At the end of your stay, place the trash near the gate to avoid pests (ants, flies, cockroaches, etc.) TO DO. However, quick baths are recommended to save water because, depending on the time of year and the number of people staying in the house, there tends to be a greater water shortage, so there may not be enough at some point.
