Extra cleaning or linen changes can be arranged with at least 2 days’ notice (subject to availability). For stays over 7 nights, one free cleaning and linen change is included per week. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including the private patio at the front. There are two pathways to enter: one from the street (ideal for GrabFood or taxis) and another through a quiet garden. You’re also welcome to use the shared outdoor areas, which include seating and a shaded hammock — a great spot to relax during the day. Self check-in is available via a secure lockbox for maximum flexibility. Other things to note Please avoid moving furniture — especially the Japanese divider, which is part of the lighting setup. If you feel like it, the plant in the room appreciates a full cup of water twice a week. It helps keep the space fresh and cozy for everyone. 🌿 📋 Thai Immigration Registration (TM30) Thai law requires accommodation providers to report the stay of foreign guests to Immigration. To comply with this requirement, we may request some basic information after check-in, such as your full name, nationality, date of birth, gender, and passport number.
