Other things to note This is a quiet residential beach neighborhood. Our neighbors are friendly and it's common to see people walking and biking around the area. Street noise is minimal. The home is single level with step-free access throughout. Parking fits 2-3 vehicles in the driveway. If you're bringing a boat or trailer, reach out prior to booking for information on where you can park these off property. The nearest grocery store (Publix) is a short drive away (Less than 5 min). There's also an Aldi nearby for quick stops. Nokomis Beach is one of the best spots on the Gulf Coast for finding shark teeth and seashells. Kids and adults alike will love it.
