The property contains 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 full kitchens, 2 sets of washer/dryers, living room, and many more things and amenities. PLEASE NOTE IF staying for a longer stay-- Every stay 30 days plus, is required to hire our cleaner or another cleaner do to basic cleaning. Master Bedroom: Features a king-size bed with premium bedding for ultimate comfort. Includes a large dresser for storage. Natural light streams in through the windows, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. 2. Bedroom 2: Furnished with a queen-size bed and cozy linens. A spacious closet is available for your belongings. This room provides a calming environment for restful sleep. 3. Bedroom 3: Another queen-size bed is featured in this room, making it ideal for additional guests. This room is perfect for traveling together. 4. Bedroom 4: Contains a king-size bed and is generously sized for comfort. The room offers a peaceful view. 5. Bedroom 5: This cozy room features a queen-size bed with plush bedding. Designed with simplicity and comfort in mind, it is great for a single guest or a couple. - Bathrooms:- 1. Bathroom 1:- A spacious full bathroom featuring a wide vanity with ample counter space and storage for toiletries. Modern fixtures and soft lighting make this bathroom feel fresh and welcoming. 2. Bathroom 2:- This bathroom offers a sleek pedestal sink and a large mirror adding functionality and style. Towels and basic toiletries are provided for guests' convenience. TWO Kitchens: The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests can enjoy cooking with provided cookware, utensils, and basic pantry staples. There is another well stoked kitchen in the basement as well. Living Room: The living room is a cozy space with comfortable seating for all guests. It includes a large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Whether you're relaxing after a day of exploring or spending time with loved ones, this room is the perfect spot to gather. The property also features a backyard, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. The yard is fenced, ensuring privacy and safety for guests traveling with children.! Guest access You have access to the entire house and garage. NO STREET PARKING Other things to note PET RULES AND FEES: MY pet fees are different than the standard Airbnb platform pet fees. Airbnb does not allow me to do a nightly rate for the pet fee, they only for the entire stay. The PET fee is not included in the booking. As a pet owner myself, I don't like getting charged high pet fees for short stays, that is why I created my own separate per-night pet fee to be added after booking. I am also willing to be reasonable on the pet fee for longer stays. Ultimately I am not trying to be sneaky about the pet fees but I want to try to make the fees fair for all guests with pets who come for short stays or for long! We allow (3) pets! You must agree to $25/night per pet fee, added to the booking total after booking (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets on furniture). You accept full liability for your pets. As such, there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
