Basement Studio with Hot Tub

This space is designed for 2 adults or a family with small children. $10 night for extra (3rd) adult . We require full names and ID for all adults staying in the unit. Basement studio w/hot tub and mountain views. Close to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, hiking and biking. Full kitchen. Relax in a hot tub while you stare at the mountain. Queen bed, pull out double bed and pull out single bed. Perfect for a small family. Pack-n-play, high chair, stroller on request. No pets please. The space We have room to park things you are towing for your travels (boats, trailers, etc). We are 2.5 miles from the freeway. This is a basement apartment with its own entrance. Off street parking right at the door. Access is through a side door and 8 steps down. Guest access Guests have access to the backyard swingset, basketball court, and hot tub. Bowery access for barbecuing is June through September. Scenic mountain walk is two blocks away. Mountain biking on the Bonneville Shoreline trail is one mile away. Willard Bay South Marina is ten minutes by car. Pineview Reservoir is a thirty minute drive. Powder Mountain and Snowbasin Ski resorts are thirty minutes by car. Fire pit is available May through September upon request. Other things to note This is a one-room space with one bathroom. There is one large room with a Murphy queen bed and a pull out double bed (sofa), a pull out single bed (sofa), and complete kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
