Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the host-dedicated master suite and office. The spacious home gives guests dedicated use and access to four spacious bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and downstairs family room. Guests also have shared access to newly remodeled gorgeous kitchen, upstairs family rooms, one formal living room with baby grand piano, laundry room, spacious deck, ground level patio with hot tub and dining area. Note: Host is sometimes present, but does not interfere with the guest's use or enjoyment of the home. The Host has sole dedicated use of master suite and office. Other things to note Note: No smoking, vaping, pets, events or alcohol allowed on the property - neither inside nor outside the home. Guests have access to the entire home except the master suite and office which are for the Host's dedicated use. The Host may be home on occasion, but if so, does not interfere with the guest's enjoyment or use of the home and its many amenities. The Host is not home often as she is often away for work or personal travel.
