This bright and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed for families or small groups, offering plenty of comfort and convenience just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. Outside, relax in the private hot tub or enjoy the small fenced yard where kids can play. For beach days, you’ll find chairs, toys, and other essentials ready for your use. Ask about renting both sides of the duplex for groups. The space The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a private ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has a twin over full bunk and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. All rooms have smart TVs. Guest access Owners closet is unavailable for guest access. Other things to note This is half a duplex home with its own private entrance and yard. A non-refundable $80 pet fee per stay helps cover the additional cleaning required after pet-friendly reservations. This includes extra time spent removing pet hair from furniture, rugs, and floors, sanitizing pet-occupied areas, and ensuring the home is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. To help us keep the home in excellent condition, we ask that guests: Pick up all pet waste from the yard before checkout. Clean up any accidents immediately and report them if additional cleaning is needed. If excessive pet hair, pet waste, stains, odors, or damage require cleaning beyond what is covered by the standard pet fee, additional charges may apply.
