CasaMorretta is a typical house in the historic centre of Viterbo, located near Piazza della Rocca, a stone's throw from the most important historical and cultural monuments, such as the National Archaeological Museum, the Sanctuary of Santa Rosa, the Teatro dell'Unione and the Corso Italia shopping area. The Medieval district of San Pellegrino can be reached on foot with a pleasant walk of a few minutes through the streets of the historic center. The space Independent building on three levels. On the first level there is a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single beds, or a double bed (to be specified when booking). The accommodation is completed by a lovely panoramic terrace overlooking the city (May/September) where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation. The accommodation has internal stairs, so it is not recommended for those with walking problems. Casa Morretta, being located within the Walls in the Historic Centre, does not have the possibility of on-site parking, but there are several solutions a few hundred metres away. You can still reach the property by car to unload your luggage, but please bear in mind the narrow medieval streets. Guest access Casa Morretta with independent entrance is on three levels, it has stairs inside, so it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
