Watch the kids play outside from the kitchen window. 8-minute walk to Chicken Ranch Beach and a flat, kid-friendly 20-minute walk to Shell Beach. Walking distance to park trailheads. Easy jumping-off point for exploring Tomales Bay beaches and trails. Guest access The yard and house are available for guests, and there are no other buildings on the property. Garage and private office closed to guests. Other things to note Second bedroom has a bunk bed, and the living room sofa converts into a very comfortable AirTop queen bed. The home has a high step-in shower and a high master bed, which may not work well for guests with limited mobility. This is a rural West Marin location. Paths in the yard are uneven and the surrounding area has natural terrain and wildlife. Please use care when walking around the property, especially at night. Local trails are beautiful but can be narrow and unlit after dark. We recommend hiking during daylight hours. Wild mushrooms grow naturally in the area and should not be touched or consumed.
