Each bathroom is stocked with plush towels, essential toiletries, and plenty of counter space. 🌄 Outdoor Spaces Clear Estate offers two inviting outdoor areas to suit any mood. Step onto the expansive upper deck to take in stunning mountain views while grilling on the BBQ or relaxing with a drink. Downstairs, the private patio provides a tranquil retreat with comfortable seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening conversations. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or stargazing, these outdoor spaces are perfect for making memories. 💻 Work & Relaxation Designed with remote work in mind, Clear Estate features multiple dedicated workspaces throughout, allowing you to stay productive while enjoying a comfortable, home-like environment. 🍼 For the Little Ones Traveling with kids is easy with a pack-n-play and high chair available for use. 🚗 Parking The property offers two parking spaces on the driveway, providing convenient access throughout your stay. Clear Estate brings together two beautifully appointed units, creating a spacious and welcoming getaway that’s perfect for any group. Guest access 🔑 You'll have full access to the entire House, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help! Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
