You will have exclusive access to Apartment #3 with your own private entrance. Only the outdoor patio areas are shared. Can I walk to restaurants? Absolutely. The Old North End is highly walkable. You can easily stroll to local favorites like The Wild Goose Meeting House or explore the nearby Monument Valley Park trails. Is this unit quiet? While this is a multi-unit property, the Old North End is a historic, residential neighborhood known for its peaceful atmosphere. Please note that the property has three other units, each with its own private access, and there is no access to Apartment #4, which is directly beside this unit. The outdoor patio is shared with the other units on the property.
