Detached, new barn house.

In the middle of the Betuwe, between the orchards, on the outskirts of the village, is our barn house. Modern, yet warm and cozy. Wonderfully bright due to the high windows in the front. In the living/dining room, the attic is open and above the kitchen, is the bedroom. This home was renovated in early 2025 and is now ready for rent. The space Our house is located on our driveway, next to our own home. The rooms are sleek, modern, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The space is heated by a heat pump. The air conditioning is located above the bedroom, which keeps the house cool on hot summer days. There is private parking at the house. Outside is a simple seating area, to sit in when you wake up on nice days or when you come home. The intention is to create something more like a garden there in the future. There is a Nespresso machine with cups for the first few days. There is a music box available; it works with your own phone via Bluetooth. The TV is a smart TV, which you can use with your own subscriptions if you wish. (Videoland, Netflix, Ziggo) There is a washing machine and dryer in the accommodation. Your bed is made with a Zelesta duvet, which does not have a cover, but has been washed in the washing machine for your use.
