Welcome to the Pacific Coast Hideaway! This quiet property features a main home and guest house on 2 acres within minutes of Mendocino Village. We are a family-friendly property with amenities for children and babies. We also have a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ for those who love to cook. The guest house (Casita) is a great option for the kids or grandparents to have their own space. Our hot tub is always hot, and cleaned often. We offer a Level 2 EV charger and high speed WiFi. The space The Pacific Coast Hideaway is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom main home with a deck, as well as a 1-bathroom casita with a bed, living area and kitchenette. The casita has a deck as well, with a 6-person hot tub that is always hot and serviced often, and an outdoor sofa & gas fire table. The 2-acre property is mostly flat, lies between a meadow and a Redwood grove, and backs up to Schoolhouse Creek. The main house deck has a BBQ, a gas fire pit, 6 deep-seat swivel-rocker chairs and a 6-seat outdoor dining table. All of the bedrooms have Smart TV’s, as well as a 50-inch Smart TV in the living room. High speed WiFi is available in both houses. We have installed a Level 2 EV charger with Tesla and J1772 plugs, and have parking for 3 to 4 vehicles. For those with children, we have a Pack-N-Play, high chair, baby gate, children’s dishes and utensils, coloring books & crayons, games, and blocks. Guest access Guests get the entire 2-acre property, the main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the casita (which is similar to a studio apartment) with its own full bathroom. Other things to note * No pets allowed * Only registered guests on the property * Smoking or vaping outside only * Occupancy limit 6 * No parties or events on premises * If it’s broken, let us know ASAP * Conserve energy and water * No wood-burning fires or candles * Be respectful of our neighbors, 11 pm to 7 am are our Quiet Hours * We are on a septic system and have a well providing water, so please scrape food into the trash, and only TP and natural waste goes in the toilets
