Perfect for families, friends, or game-day getaways, this home offers everything you need to enjoy lake life at its best. 🌊 Lake & Outdoor Fun • Private dock with uncovered storage and tie-up space for your boat • Very deep water year-round—ideal for swimming and fishing • Two kayaks with paddles included (limited life jackets provided—please bring your own for best fit) • Hammock for lazy afternoons and a fire pit with marshmallow sticks for cozy evenings • Ample space for 2 boat trailers, plus quick access to a nearby boat launch at the campground next door 🛏 Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements • Primary suite: King bed • Bedroom 2: Queen bed + twin rollaway • Bedroom 3: Queen bed + twin bed • Pack ’n Play available for little ones 🍳 Well-Stocked Kitchen Enjoy cooking at home with thoughtful touches including: • Drip coffee maker, French press, and Keurig • Crockpot, blender, hand mixer, pots, trays, and spices 📍 Convenient Location • 8 minutes from I-85 • 22 minutes to Clemson University • 20 minutes to Anderson University • 5 minutes to grocery stores • Next door: Campground access ($5 entry) with swimming pool, beach, putt-putt, basketball, and boat launch ⚠️ Important Notes for Your Stay • Please park by the storage garage (not in the front circle) due to risk of falling tree limbs • Tree hazard to the right of the dock—no diving or driving boats/jet skis near it • A boat and jet skis at the dock remain in place—please do not touch or use them • To help manage power usage, avoid running the washer/dryer between 3–6 PM Whether you’re here for lake adventures, game days, or peaceful family time, The Holiday House is the perfect spot to make memories on Lake Hartwell. Guest access You will receive a code before checkin. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement before your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one. Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered. Noise Regulation: We have lovely neighbors. Please respect the Quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am. Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties. This house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake. It is not appropriate or acceptable to have large groups to party. Wildlife: You may see our local wildlife wandering around. “Harry the Heron” is our favorite. We have a variety of critters that love living near the water and woods too! Liability Waiver: Please be careful as it is a lake property with uneven surfaces, slope & steps. Negligence may cause a slip and fall, and care must be taken, especially with younger children. Also, you understand the potential dangers and risks associated with water activities, fire pit, dock access and take appropriate safety precautions and assume responsibility for yourself and any those in your party. There is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk. Please beware and avoid diving as there is a tree under water on the right side of dock.
