The space Hilltop Cottage is on a scenic 2-acre Mediterranean-style ranch estate, surrounded by lavender, citrus trees, ranch animals, and sweeping views. The cottage includes a queen bedroom, queen sofa bed in the living room, full kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, AC and heating, Smart TV, and comfortable indoor/outdoor spaces to relax under string lights. It sleeps up to 4 registered overnight guests. Large windows, double set of French doors, and outdoor seating make the space feel light, airy, and peaceful. Guests love the quiet ranch setting, sunset views, and easy access to Oak Glen, 123 Farm, Bogart Park, hiking, local farms, seasonal activities, and close to many wedding venues in the area. Say hello to Benny, our friendly mini donkey, along with our hens and other ranch animals during your stay. The pool is located near the upper area of the property and is available to registered overnight guests during posted pool hours. Perfect stay for couples, small families, getaways, wedding couples (inquire about weddings and elopements, wedding getting ready prep for other nearby venues, wedding guests, or guests wanting a quiet pool retreat near Oak Glen. Need additional space? A separate private luxury suite for up to 2 guests may be available as an add-on. Guest access You are welcome to visit with our friendly animals, a mini donkey, and hens. Guests have private access to the Cottage and it's outdoor areas. Pool access is available for registered overnight guests during posted pool hours. No lifeguard is provided. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The pool is not heated. Pool temperatures varies with the weather and seasons. The spa/jacuzzi is an additional heating fee of $30 per stay for up to three hours per stay. No glass by the pool, no loud music, no extra visitors, no parties, and no gatherings. Pool use is for registered overnight guests only. Enjoy the string lights for evening relaxation, and stargazing opportunities. The fire pit is not available at this time due to fire season and restrictions. Please do not enter animal enclosures. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Extra visitors, birthday pool parties, events, vendors, bartenders, DJs, commercial photography, filming, and gatherings are not allowed. Unauthorized parties, weddings, events, additional visitors, or special-use gatherings are not permitted unless discussed and approved in advance, as proper permits must be obtained to remain in compliance with county regulations
