The space Our place is a one story on Lake Segovia that is also wheelchair accessible. Two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Large living area with a gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The patio deck has a stairway down to the lake's edge for fishing, swimming and kayaking. The carport can park 2 vehicles and there is extra parking areas next to our property if needed. Segovia Courts DOES NOT allow trailers on property. Guest access Full access to home, double carport, deck, kayaks, life jackets and paddles. In the community there are hiking trails, lakes with Boat Rentals, paddle boards and kayaks available to rent. There is a beach with covered picnic areas at Lake Balboa. There are golf courses, Pickleball courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, and a dog park. There is a charge for some of these things. Other things to note If kayaks, paddles and life vests are used please clean them off after used and return in same condition.
