The space This 3-beedroom, 2-bathroom lake house offers a unique blend of relaxation, adventure, and family fun. Step outside to enjoy a private heated inground pool, a bubbling hot tub, and your own serene lake complete with a rowboat and a fire pit for cozy evening under the stars. Kids will love the treehouse, zip line, and dedicated playroom, while adults can unwind with a glass of wine by the fire or soak up the peaceful views. Inside, the home features two full kitchens- perfect for large families. With warm, inviting spaces, this retreat feels just as suited for a romantic weekend as it does for a family vacation. Whether you’re seeking adventure, family memories, or a cozy escape by the lake, this home has it all. Perfect for year-round getaways, you’ll be minutes from the scenic Route 97/Hawk’s Nest overlook, Delaware River for rafting and kayaking and ski resort for snow tubing, skiing and snowboarding. Guest access For you convivence there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and dining room upstairs and downstairs there is another full kitchen, full bathroom, playroom and laundry room. Outside there is a heated in-ground pool (open from June - October, depending on the weather, pool heating available from 10am - 6pm with preset comfortable temp around 82-85F degree, please note pool temp can feel different depending on outdoor weather) and hot tub (open all year round with adjustable temp). By the pool there is a barbeque grill, dining table with chairs. Other things to note HOUSE RULES • No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke in the designated outdoor area and must dispose of cigarette butts properly. • No parties or events: Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. • No unregistered guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval. • Pet policy: Pets are allowed with approval in advance. • Parking: Park in the driveway (no parking on the grass). • Use of amenities: Pool available from June to October (may change depends on the weather, heating pool available from 10am - 6pm with preset comfortable temp around 82-85F degree, please note pool temp can feel different depending on outdoor weather). No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. No diving, jumping and running around the pool area. • Respect for neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors. Avoid loud noise and disruptive behavior. • If any children are present: Do NOT leave children unattended around pool, jacuzzi area and the lake area. • Cleanliness: Please keep the property and house clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in the designated bins (garbage bags are provided). • Do NOT leave any food or garbage bags outside as it will attract animals (throw garbage bags inside the garbage bin and close the top).
