The location is elevated (on the side of a hill) with good and permanent natural ventilation. It also has air conditioning in the bedroom and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Guest access The pool (with stairs and a terrace to jump from) and the garden (with lounge chairs) are common areas ~ as are the parking and the laundry and clothesline area. The interaction between guests in the pool and garden turns out to be fun and friendly. Other things to note In Ixtapa there is a bike path of several kilometers and bike rentals.
