At most 1h30 from beautiful sites such as: Mont Saint Michel, Dinan, Dinard, The Brocéliande Forest... Mézon Allan is perfect for 5 people, it offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing and friendly vacation. The space Ground floor: kitchen equipped with a 4-burner glass-ceramic hob and 1 electric oven. Dishwasher/washing machine/Microwave/mixer/immersion blender/Tassimo coffee maker... Living room with TNT TV/DVD player/HIFI channel. Sofa + dining table. Need a night, contact us, any request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 3-star cottage. UPSTAIRS: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 / 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90 x 190 and 1 bed 90 x 200 / 1 small bedroom with 1 bed 90 x 190. Bathroom with bathtub / sink / toilet. OUTSIDE: BBQ/table/parasol/2 sun loungers. Common area: playground / swimming pool and the entire grounds. Private parking for the cottages. I live on site and am therefore at your disposal to facilitate your stay. Guest access You will occupy the entire accommodation with its private garden. You will also have access to the entire estate in a shared way between the different tenants of the cottages and us who live on site. There is private parking for the 3 cottages. Mézon Allan has a space for 1 car. Other things to note I have a dog, who is impressive in size but really kind. During your stay, it will not be free on the grounds unless you authorize us to do so! In total there are 3 cottages on the property for a total of 15 beds. Please let us know if you'd like to book 2 or 3 cottages at the same time. Optional booking available: - breakfast basket from €4.5/person - meal basket for the day of your arrival from €12/person. On site, sale of cold drinks: local beers, wines, soft drinks. An inventory will be carried out upon arrival and departure. The pool is shared for all the gites. As we live on site, there are scheduled opening hours so that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy it. It can also be shared if that's okay with you😉 Prices include a daily kilowatt-hour package included in the price. Beyond that, the supplement will be charged at the rate in force (€0.02363/Kwh on 04/01/2025 revisable at any time) from the actual consumption.
