LONG BEACH VILLA @ ECR The space Long Beach Villa is a luxurious villa with modern amenities, located just 300 meters from Nibav Beach and a short 10-15 minute drive to the historic town of Mahabalipuram. The villa boasts 5 ensuite bedrooms and offers exceptional views of the Bay of Bengal. It is an ideal destination for team outings, family get-togethers, out-of-town groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, and more. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this retreat offers a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation. With Tiger Cove and the Madras Crocodile Bank Trust and Centre for Herpetology just a 5-minute drive away, it's also an ideal base for nature lovers and explorers. Our villa features all the modern amenities one would expect, with two large living areas with comfortable seating and an aesthetically pleasing courtyard space. The villa has 5 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. It also has a large garden area, perfect for kids to play in or for hosting a small ceremony, etc. ________________________________________ FOOD AND DINING OPTIONS Begin your mornings with complimentary filter coffee, milk, or green tea, with the option to enjoy these beverages throughout the day for a small fee. For added convenience, Swiggy and Zomato both deliver to the property, and we provide menu cards from nearby restaurants in the bedrooms. You can request the caretaker to heat your food in the microwave or store your beverages in the refrigerator. We do not provide a stove or any cooking utensils. ________________________________________ MY PEOPLE AT THE VILLA Since safety is our utmost priority, we have one dedicated caretaker available round the clock. Additionally, 24/7 exterior surveillance cameras ensure a safe and secure environment, making it particularly suitable for families as well as female travelers. ________________________________________ BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS • 2 on the ground floor • 2 on the first floor • 1 on the second floor The villa has 5 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Extra beds are available upon prior intimation and will cost an additional Rs. 750 per person over 15 guests. 43-inch Smart TVs with access to streaming services like Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, and Sony Liv are available in all 5 bedrooms. Fresh linens, pillows, and quilts are provided in all the bedrooms. 24/7 hot water is available. ________________________________________ LIVING AREA The ground floor and first floor feature exquisite living areas that offer comfortable and adequate seating space. The living areas are not air-conditioned, but we have large windows and fans. Carrom, chess, and other board and card games are available. 24/7 high-speed Wi-Fi is provided. ________________________________________ OUTDOORS The villa has a private swimming pool, ideally suited for 4-5 adults at a time. The pool is open from 7 AM to 11 PM, giving our guests the leisure to enjoy it all day long. There is a one-of-a-kind artificial waterfall designed exclusively for the enjoyment of our guests. The property boasts a lush and thoughtfully curated lawn area. ________________________________________ POWER BACKUP There is a generator that powers all fans and lights for a few hours. Please note that the AC units do not have power backup at this moment. However, we generally do not face any electricity failures in this area. ________________________________________ FYI For any event bookings or larger group accommodations, please contact us before booking. In the case of additional guests after booking, please contact management at the earliest to avoid any discrepancies. We request all our guests to bring their own speakers for added convenience. However, if you are unable to bring your own, we can arrange one, subject to availability. Please note that smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited; however, there is a dedicated smoking area on the terrace. Free on-street parking is available.
