The space The Canyon Hill Estate is a 4000 square foot property in a private neighborhood. Our property is spacious and very comfortable. This is the only property of its kind with more than 4000 square feet of indoor space and 5000 square feet of outdoor space. 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, open floor plan connecting the living room, kitchen and family room. 11 beds to sleep up to 15 guests comfortably. Guest access Guests will access the entire property, a huge backyard suitable for events. - wireless internet is always available. - street parking is safe and easy. - air mattresses are available for extra guests. - laundry is available for use in the basement. - the kitchen is full size and stocked with all the tools needed for cooking. - sheets and towels are provided.
