This is a 52-square-meter, one-story house newly built in 2025. It is in a great location, 15 minutes by car to Furano Ski Resort, which is said to have the best snow quality in Japan. Furano also has a wide range of activities throughout the spring, summer, autumn and winter, such as hot springs, paragliding, rafting, fishing, mountain climbing, and hot air ballooning. Perfect for adults who want to be active from morning to night, as you can park your car right in front of you. Please enjoy the nature of Furano to the fullest, not just skiing! It is a 5-minute walk from Furano Station, and train access is easy. The train running through the vast Furano Basin, with the Tokachi Mountains in the background, is loved by many railway fans. The space This is a newly built house with a rooftop on the 1st floor. ■ Beds -Bed room 4 semi-double beds - Living room 1 sofa bed 1 futon ■ Living room & kitchen A relaxing living room and kitchen. You can buy local ingredients at the supermarket and cook yourself, or order delivery from a local sushi restaurant, and have a fun time at night. - Dining table - Sofa - 55-inch TV - Full kitchen (induction stove) - Cassette stove - Microwave - Toaster oven - Cookware - Dishes ■ Parking There are 2 parking spaces in front of the building. ■ Amenities Bath towels, face towels, slippers, toothbrushes, comb, cotton swabs, razor, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleanser, lotion, and emulsion Other things to note ■ Views The house is set up between solar panels. The view from the room is not good. ■Cleaning, sheet & towel change - We do not clean, change sheets, or change towels for consecutive night stays. Please wash your own towels. - The accommodation fee includes a cleaning fee for about 2 hours, but depending on the usage conditions, such as heavy soiling, we may charge a separate cleaning fee. ■Smoking - Absolutely no smoking inside. - Please smoke outside. - If we find cigarette butts or signs of smoking in places other than ashtrays, such as in the room or trash cans, you will be charged a fine of 20,000 yen. ■Something else - There are facilities that are dangerous to small children, such as solar power generation facilities on the rooftop and on the premises. - No stays for the purpose of making noise.
