The space Welcome to our newly renovated Fullerton home! It's designed with families and groups in mind. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and room to sleep up to 8, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out without stepping on each other’s toes. Here, you’ll find: Master Bedroom: queen bed, private bathroom, and accent lighting for a calm evening vibe. Second Bedroom: two twin beds plus a small desk for work or study. Third Bedroom: two twin beds and space for kids or friends. Living Room: pull-out sofa (sleeps 2), smart TV with all major streaming apps, and a neon accent light for a playful touch. The kitchen is fully stocked for home-cooked meals, with a dining table big enough for family dinners and a small coffee bar/work station for early mornings or remote work. There’s also a pull-out coffee table by the sofa that doubles as a casual work or snack station. Other essentials: Fast WiFi + two dedicated workspaces (living room & bedroom). Pack & play + high chair for little ones. Free private parking on site. One-story layout (no stairs to worry about). This isn’t just a crash pad near Disneyland (though you’re only about 15 minutes away!). It’s a bright, stylish, modern space designed to make your trip easier, whether you’re juggling kids, work, or just looking to relax after a busy day. Please note: even though we are half a mile from a railroad, it can be heard at times. For any sensitive guests, please let us know so we can do what we can to best accommodate. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire 3-bedroom, 3-bath home, including the kitchen, living areas, and all amenities listed. You can come and go as you please with our easy self-check-in system. Other things to note Guests have full private use of the 3BR/3BA home with their own entry and parking. The backyard is screened off for guest use, though there are a couple of long-term residents with their own separate entrances on the property. Quiet hours are appreciated to keep a comfortable environment for everyone. Laundry available upon request for longer stays.
