Don’t worry—the area is still very easy to explore on foot! Other things to note -Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival -We maintain a great relationship with our neighbors and wish to keep it that way. Please keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM. -Parties or gatherings are not permitted. -Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A €150 fine will apply if this rule is broken. -The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. No additional visitors are allowed. -Please remember to take out the garbage before checking out. -An extra charge may apply depending on the condition in which the apartment is left. -All guests must present a valid ID or passport upon arrival. As required by local law, we must scan these documents to register guests with the local police. We appreciate your understanding. -A tourist tax must be paid in cash upon check-in. This charge is €2,00 per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights. Guests aged 16 and under are exempt. -For reservations made on the same day, please note that we may not be able to welcome you within three hours of confirmation. -Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you leave. Doing so can prevent you from reopening the door and may require a locksmith. The cost, often starting around €250, would be the guest’s responsibility.
