Dog-Friendly Lake House with Sauna, 4h from Berlin

I invite you to our house on Lake Budzisławskie - a place we created for the most genuine rest. You can start your day with coffee on the terrace among the trees and jump into the lake after a while, because the beach is right next door. In the evening, you can light a fireplace or bake a pizza in the oven, and if you like a sauna – we have it downstairs. The garden is fenced and safe, so your dog can run around here too. This house smells of wood and tranquility – come and feel at home! The space We are located 100 meters from a beautiful beach on Lake Budzisławskie. The house is comfortable, spacious, has huge windows and a beautiful garden with mature vegetation. The house is surrounded by a full and high fence, which makes your rest private. If you are traveling with a dog, you can let it loose without worrying about it escaping. There are two bedrooms in the house: - the bedroom downstairs has two single beds - the bedroom upstairs has a double bed 160 cm wide Both bedrooms are locked with doors. The beds are equipped with very comfortable mattresses :) In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, which can sleep two adults. The bathroom downstairs has a shower and a sauna. The bathroom upstairs has a bathtub. In addition, upstairs we have a beautiful lounge mezzanine with an armchair for reading books and a minimalist desk and chair for work. We also have a modest library with books, also in English. The mezzanine has huge windows overlooking the garden and trees. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a large kitchenette, a large round table. In addition, the fireplace will make your long autumn and winter evenings more pleasant. Outside the house there is a terrace and an additional covered gazebo with a table where you can eat a beautiful meal outdoors. We have a brick pizza oven, which in addition to pizza, you can also grill. Other things to note Underfloor heating operates during the heating season from October to April. Wi-Fi uses a radio signal, so it's not always stable, and the network can be overloaded. We are not a good place for remote work if someone needs stable internet. The outdoor shower is open as long as there is no frost. As a rule, it is closed during the winter season from November to March / April inclusive.
