The space Our duplex, located on the first floor of a quiet townhouse, has been designed with your comfort in mind. Enjoy a large, bright living room and reverse-cycle air conditioning for the perfect temperature in any season. The property is arranged over two levels: On the 1st floor: An entrance leads into a bright living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a comfortable lounge. A first bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200). Bathroom and toilet On the second floor: A second, unique bedroom with its own toilet. A third bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe and a dedicated office area, ideal for working from home. Amenities for your comfort: Kitchen: Oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Tea and coffee are free. Bedrooms: Three bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200). The bed linen and towels are provided. Two bedrooms have a TV and storage space. Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, one with a double washbasin, a heated towel rail and a washing machine.
