The main bedroom features a queen bed, while the upstairs loft includes a versatile four-piece sectional that converts into either a queen-size bed or two twin beds. Additionally, there is a pullout sleeping arrangement ideal for a child, ensuring a flexible and family-friendly stay. ● Lower patio with private hot tub, gas fire pit, and hammocks. The Space: The home has a large patio underneath the house's footprint on the ground level. The patio is the ultimate relax-and-unwind area where you get a front-row view of the forest scenes and sounds. So hang out in the hot tub after hiking or skiing, enjoy a brew by the gas fire pit, or grab a good book and chill in the hammocks for hours listening to the wind gently blow through the trees. Inside, you'll find a beautiful, cozy a 500 sqft cabin with tastefully placed décor in every corner. The kitchen is perfectly sized for the home but has all the amenities necessary to cook a delicious meal or make your favorite beverages. The house has one bedroom and an upper loft area with a sectional and TV for additional sleeping and hangout space. The one bathroom has luxury finishes, including a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead. The Layout: As you pull up in the drive, you'll appreciate the quiet solitude of living in the mountains, surrounded by pine forests. As you approach the front door, the patio invites you to stay awhile and enjoy the outdoors. There are multiple levels of stairs to take you to the home's living spaces. If you have additional cars you can park at the local park less than a mile away "Pence Park". Please note, we live next door but guests will have complete privacy during their stay. Other things to note * 4-Wheel Drive or AWD, Adequate Tires, High Clearance Vehicle Is Highly Recommended for Winter/Spring Season Reservations! * You must be comfortable with stairs, as this is an elevated treehouse home with stairs to the main level. *Please be advised that access to the loft of the treehouse requires climbing a ladder. We strongly recommend that guests with mobility issues consider this before booking! This is also where the washer/dryer combo is located. This home isn't suitable for guest with mobility issues or children under the age of 5 years old. * Professionally cleaned and sanitized to COVID-19 requirements. * * Digital, Contactless Self-Check In/Out Process * Security Cameras installed outside of home to ensure guest safety * After-Hours Guest Support Line * No Pets * No Parties/Events * No Fires Allowed on Property other than the Gas Fire Pit Provided. * No Smoking of any kind inside or outside this cabin. - a $550 fine is strictly enforced if this rule is broken. * Follow all hot tub rules. If the hot tub water has to be replaced after you leave due to rules not being followed you will be fined $400. The water is checked after every guest to ensure cleanliness and safety for all. * Quiet Hours from 9 PM - 7 AM * If guests incur damages during stay or break house rules, a fine will be withheld from the security deposit. Additional charges may occur in order to cover costs of damaged items and/or necessary repairs. *** Be sure to list the total number of guests per reservation. We want to make sure we have provided enough towels and bedding for the amount of people you are traveling with. Linens/Towels/Bedding will be provided for the number of guests listed in your reservation details. We will charge an extra guest fee of $20 per guest that is not included in your original reservation details. We will provide all guests with safe and clean stays. Our practices and standards have been modified to include more in-depth, multi-point cleans after every guest checkout. For example, we use CDC-compliant cleaning products, pay attention to high-touch surfaces and 'hot spots,' and observe social distancing. We advise guests to practice hygienic vigilance when using rental properties (see CDC Best Personal Practices). Please note: If any reservation is extended to 29 days or more, we will bill in advance for an estimated hourly deep clean.
