New studio with private courtyard

Nice new studio on the ground floor, fully equipped, with private courtyard and possibility of safe parking. Access to all shops 2 minutes from Burie. If you love nature, walking, cycling to recharge your batteries, then welcome! Located 15 min from Cognac (visit the Cognac cellars), 25 min from Saintes (Gallo-Roman city), 20 min from Saint-Jean-d'Angély and 45 min from Royan. Tourist sites nearby (Paloésite and Abbey of Fontdouce 10 min, Ecomuseum of Migron 5 min, etc.). The space Perfect for holidays or being quiet in the countryside, come and stay in my studio located in a small hamlet. It is recently renovated, a 140 x 190 cms bed with new mattress, very comfortable and a fully equipped kitchen for your well-being are at your disposal. A plus, you have a large fenced courtyard, accessible by a gate, allowing you to park your vehicle, without any problem and safe. It has reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, cooktop, microwave, range hood...). When you get out of bed, start your day with a coffee or tea, thanks to my KRUPS Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker (see listing photo). The bed linen and towels are provided, to be gathered as soon as you leave. For those who would like to grill, you have a barbecue (charcoal not provided). A little extra, for a bike ride around the hamlet, 1 men's mountain bike and a women's bike are available to our guests. Guest access Entire house and fully enclosed and secure courtyard. A little bonus: two bicycles (men's and women's) are provided for rides in the countryside. Other things to note Upon advance request and exceptionally, flexibility on hours is possible.
