Fish from the beach!Great small mouth bass, catfish and if you're lucky muskie. 7 minutes from I-79 and restaurants in South Fairmont. 34 minutes to WVU. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces for you to enjoy and entertain no matter what the weather! Large windows throughout the house give you a beautiful view of the river and rolling hills wherever you chose to relax. The space This house has everything you need to make a comfortable, relaxing stay. The home is a new build with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The large, clean, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals or entertain your group. Ample counter space as well as cabinet space. Toys are present to keep any littles busy and entertained. Guest access Guests have full access to the house with the exception of the garage/basement and owner storage spaces that are clearly labeled. Please respect our privacy with these spaces. Other things to note The house is located on a section of the Tygart River that you rarely see motorized water crafts. It makes it the perfect spot for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming, or a good old tube float! With use of the house there are 2 canoes, 1 kayak, inflatable tubes, and several kids life vests. The private beach is the perfect canoe/ kayak launch! Tiki torches, fire pit, Cornhole boards, and rock climbing wall for the kids make outdoor entertaining a breeze. The house is a work in progress! There are some things that are unfinished in the home. All things unfinished are minor and should in no way disrupt your stay. They are all cosmetic and the home is fully functional! We are happy to answer any questions you may have. We do require our guests to sign and return a waiver form prior to check-in. The form outlines safety measures that need to be taken by all who stay at the waterfront property. The safety of our guests is extremely important to us!
