Neutidam is in front of the Mungyeong Yeonggang, under the shade of a zelkova tree. It is a space where you can stay quietly and enjoy a complete rest. Address 10-7, Yeongshinyounggang-gil, Mungyeong-si The space Number of guests • The accommodation is available for up to 4 people.(Additional 2 people allowed when including infants) • Visits or stays exceeding the number of guests are not allowed for safety reasons. • Access and use by visitors other than guests are restricted. 🎉 Purpose of use • Nuttidam is a space for families, couples, and those who want a quiet rest. • Parties, loud noises, drinking gatherings, and filming are not allowed. • For peace with your neighbors, please refrain from outdoor noise after 9pm. 🚭 Smoking and pets • Indoor and entire yard are non-smoking areas. • No pets allowed. 🍳 Cooking and food • **Foods with strong odors (pork belly, fish, fried food, etc.)** are prohibited from cooking indoors and around the jacuzzi. • Only simple cooking is allowed, and after cooking, please ventilate and clean up. • Barbecue is prohibited. (Fire pit is allowed.) • Indoor slippers are not provided, so please bring your own slippers if necessary. Guest access 🐞 Natural environment guide • Nuttidam is a natural accommodation with a river, forest, and elm trees. • Depending on the season and weather, bugs or insects may occasionally appear. • Regular quarantine is being carried out, but please understand that it is difficult to completely block it. • When opening the window, be sure to ventilate with the insect screen closed. (This is a guide to minimize the influx of insects.) • Thank you for your understanding of guests who respect nature. 🌿 🛁 Jacuzzi use (not available during winter season November-February) • Jacuzzi is available until 9pm. • Children must be accompanied by a guardian. • Do not use bath products, foaming agents, etc. • After use, leave the water as it is and do not drain it. 🔥 Safety and precautions • Please use the items and supplies provided in the accommodation cleanly. • The use of firearms (candles, firecrackers, portable burners, etc.) is strictly prohibited. • Be sure to check the lights, air conditioner, and door locks before leaving. • In case of loss or damage, please contact the host immediately. Other things to note 🚴 Bicycle Instructions • There are 2 bikes with baskets in the netidam. • Right in front of the accommodation, the National Land Jongju Yeonggang Bicycle Road is connected. It's great for a light walk or ride. • After use, be sure to place it safely on the stand. • Please refrain from using it at night or on rainy days for safety. 🌿 🚗 Parking information • Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the space behind the property. • The driveway is narrow, so please be careful when driving slowly and parking in reverse. • When full, you can use the Yeonggang Park Public Parking Lot (2-3 minutes on foot). 🔑 Check-in Instructions • Nuttidam operates by non-face-to-face check-in. • On the morning of check-in, we will inform you of the access information and key storage location by text or chat. • Check in: after 3pm • Check-out: Before 11:00 A.M. • You may be charged for reissuance if you lose your key. • Please be sure to observe the check-in/check-out time. 🗑 Moving out and cleaning • Please separate the garbage in the separate collection box before leaving. • Please wash the dishes you have used and store them in place. • Additional cleaning fees may be charged for violations or severe contamination. 📶 Other information • Wi-Fi password: 087D6D2DM! • CCTV is installed outside the property for security.
