Guest access The entire villa is exclusively yours with no shared spaces. While our office is located near the entrance, it remains completely separate with no visibility from either side once you’re inside the lawn ensuring your full privacy. Other things to note *House Rules and Charges* Check-in and Checkout Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed for checkout. After that, ₹1000 per hour will be charged. Checkout after 1 PM will be charged the full day’s tariff without any exemption. Early check-in before 2 PM will be charged at ₹800 per hour. Bonfire is chargeable at 500 Rupees. For barbecue, half bag of coal is chargeable at 200 rupees *Property Rules* Playing loud music after 10:30 PM is not permitted. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited to protect the premium furnishings. Any damage to the property will result in a fine. Valid ID proofs of all guests must be submitted prior to check-in without delay.
