We offer a retreat surrounded by nature. Located right next to a large farm run by our family. Our newly built, modernly furnished apartment offers peace, distant views, and pure nature. All you can see are meadows, forests, fields, and the cowshed. Ideal for friends, couples, or families. Franconian Switzerland and the Fichtel Mountains are not far away, as are cozy breweries, restaurants, and many other activities. The space The apartment is located on the upper floor. The ground floor and the basement are privately occupied by my family. Each floor is independently accessible via a staircase and can be locked. The upper floor, measuring 140 m², includes the following rooms: - 3 bedrooms - Open-plan living/dining room with kitchen and kitchen island - Master bathroom - Guest toilet - Storage room with washing machine All rooms have high-quality fly screens and electric shutters on the windows. There is also room-controlled underfloor heating and a living room ventilation system. Other things to note Please note that the house is located approximately 30 meters from the cowshed, where active farming is carried out. You are welcome to visit the stable with us at any time. Background noise from the animals or machinery may occur, but is barely audible in the residential building.
