The space This 110 m2 house can accommodate up to 8 guests: it is composed of 3 bedrooms ( 3 double beds 140x200 and a sofa bed in the living room) including one with shower room, a kitchen semi-open to the living room, a shower room and a toilet. With its large private garden, terrace equipped with a charcoal barbecue and garden furniture, private swimming pool (usable from June to September) and pool house, this residence located 15 minutes from the gates of Limoges promises an unforgettable stay. Chairs are also available. We provide bed linen and bath towels (pool towels are not provided). A fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine). Washing machine available in the basement. The extra trick: an unobstructed view with sunset from the pool and terrace. Guest access The whole house and its facilities except the shed at the bottom of the garden and a room in the basement. Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking. No pets allowed unless agreed. Do not invite people other than those indicated in the reservation without prior agreement.
