As a courtesy, we provide a coffee maker with capsules for a welcoming arrival. The condominium offers complete leisure facilities, including a pool, sauna, barbecue area, gym, game room, laundry room, home office space, and a meeting room. Additionally, it provides remote concierge service, a 24-hour reception with a doorman, and a private garage space. Guest access Welcome and check-in Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive our check-in manual with all the information and guidance, 24 hours before your arrival. On the day of check-in, just intercom and identify yourself to be made your facial registration, located right at the entrance of the building, without the need for stairs. Our team will be available 24 hours to help you. Access to the apartment is by the elevator, located in the entrance hall, and the door has a digital lock. The access code will be sent in advance along with the check-in manual. You will have access to all areas with some caveats: Swimming pool, pool table, pet space, outdoor area with sofas for rest, gym released at no additional cost. All apartments are non-smoking. It is mandatory to respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekends and holidays. Please check your belongings when leaving the apartment, as CLICK LODGE is not responsible for items left behind. Therefore, we ask that you check the apartment before leaving it. The cleaning included in the price is carried out only at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, in addition to bed linens for the number of indicated guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee. CANCELLATION POLICY The guest has 7 (seven) days after the reservation is confirmed to cancel with a full refund, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), except in cases where the check-in will occur within this period. Guests wishing to cancel a reservation more than 30 days before check-in are entitled to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount. If the guest has paid less than 50% of the total amount due, this payment will not be refunded. If you cancel the reservation 30 days or less before check-in, no refund will be issued. If you vacate the property before the agreed period, any amounts already paid will not be refunded. If your reservation was made through any of our partners, you must contact each support service to request the cancellation.
