If you wish to smoke, please use the designated area in the parking lot. * Smoking is not allowed in the shared hallway. Please be quiet in the building and common areas after 7 pm to respect the neighbors. You are welcome to use the kitchen, but please be careful when handling fire and clean up after use. * Please wash the items you use and return them to their original places. For longer stays, please sort the garbage by type and take it to the garbage area next to the apartment (under the stairs). The manager will check and process it. Please use the laundry facilities as needed. You are welcome to use it freely during your stay. In an emergency, please contact us immediately if there is a malfunction or problem with the equipment.
