Also ideal for those who want to work from home. 1) 📺💨📲📻🍷🎡Air-Conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and TVs in the 2 en-suites, fiber optic WI-FI, 58-inch TV with access to NETFLIX in the living room, 55-inch TV and home theater for Ambient Sound on the Balcony and Pool, Brewery, 2 Complete Kitchens (one of them external and with a spectacular view of nature), Wine/Champagne Glasses and PRIVATE PLAYGROUND for CHILDREN containing JUMPING TRAMPOLINE, SWING and SLIDE. 2) 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳🥘Kitchen containing the following Accessories (Duplex Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Natural and Cold Water Purifier, Sandwich Maker, Electric Rice Cooker, Electric Fryer, AIR Fryer, Mixer, Blender, Dishes, Glasses, Cutlery and other accessories). 3) 🏊‍♂️🧒👧🏻The pool has a PROTECTIVE FENCE with an access gate that can be locked with a padlock for greater child safety. 4) ⏰Check-out time MAY be flexible depending on the next rentals (check with the owner). 5) 🥅🎾The condominium has soccer and tennis courts (bring rackets and balls). 6) 🛏🧼🧻🗑Bed linens are sanitized in the laundry and are included in the lease, and we also leave the following accessories: 2 hairdryers in the en-suites, 2 detergents, 2 loofahs, 4 soaps, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 4 face towels and garbage bags for organic and recycled waste. Beds will be prepared according to the number of guests confirmed on the reservation. 7) 🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️For those who want an immersion with nature, there are 18 km of internal trails in the condominium that can be covered by bicycle or on foot for hiking (be careful due to the presence of wild animals). We offer guests 2 (two) bicycles for sightseeing and 1 (one) bicycle for hiking. 8) 🧓👵🏻For people who have mobility difficulties or are elderly, we inform you that the house has no stairs inside. There is a slight staircase on the outside for access to the pool deck, which can also be accessed from the garden without the need for stairs. Guest access 🏡🧖The guest will have the entire house, gardens and leisure options exclusively at their family's disposal, except for the SAUNA (if you want to use the latter option, payment will be separate). Other things to note 1) 🆔🚘After the reservation is confirmed, the car license plates and the full name of the guests, including the names of the children, must be passed on to the owner for authorization to access the condominium. ATTENTION: After check-in, there can be NO change in the name/number of people who will be in the house. 2) 🧹🚾If you need to clean during your stay, please let us know in advance. This service will be paid directly to the provider and does not include preparing food for meals.
