Bedrooms: - Two private bedrooms each with a queen sized bed - Blackout curtains - Closet and storage space in each room Bathroom: - Bathtub and shower combo - Stocked with extra towels and toiletries Full Kitchen: - Oven, stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator - K-cup and drip coffee maker with coffee provided - All essential kitchen cookware and appliances Living Room: - Four person couch and two additional seats - Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, HBO Max, Disney+ and Hulu (subscriptions not provided) - In-unit laundry Private Patio: - Two large outdoor chairs - Umbrella for shade - Porch lights Guest access Accessible through a private entrance at the side of the house, a smart lock and self check-in - your privacy is our priority. Other things to note Parking: There is street parking just outside the house on Pecos Street. There is almost always plenty of parking here, but if for some reason there are no spaces, you can park just around the corner on 40th Ave as well. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the entire property - a $500 fee will be applied if any evidence of smoking is detected. All forms of smoking are prohibited. Note: A security camera is located outside the entrance gate to the private patio, facing away from the patio towards the street. There is also a noise monitor in the same location - please respect your hosts and their neighbors by keeping volume at a reasonable level.
