Comfortable and reserved Kitnet. It is separate from the main house, allowing you to come and go as you please. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchen/living room. Microwave, stove without oven, minibar and coffee maker. We provide sheets, pillows, towels and toilet paper. No electric shower at the moment and dogs or cats are not allowed The space This is a wonderful kitnet in the backyard of the family home. It offers privacy, comfort and a unique experience, with plenty of contact with nature. At the end of the street, there is a lake and a path on the edge of the UFAM reserve (Federal University of Amazonas) It is close to a bus terminal, with a direct line to the city center, a supermarket, Shopping Uai and a public hospital. For better security, there is a 24-hour guardhouse at the entrance to the complex. We have 3 beautiful dogs that run loose on the property's grounds, for those who love animals. Guest access In addition to the kitnet, there is a large backyard with paths, ideal for relaxing and watching the birds that visit the property. There is a social area that has a barbecue, oven and wood-burning stove that can be used for discreet meetings with a set date. Other things to note Arrive at the scheduled check-in time. Up to 30 minutes of delay will be tolerated, after this waiting time there may be a need for the guest to wait, due to other commitments of the host. Check-in is flexible, but with a scheduled time, previously established between the parties. The standard entry is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out must be done by 12:00 p.m., with the daily rate charged accordingly. Payment must be made in full at check-in or through Airbnb. An inspection will be carried out at check-in and one at check-out.
