Other things to note In the interest of full disclosure my place does overlook the skytrain track so expect some noise from the trains when they go by. It's not crazy loud but something to be aware of if you're extremely sensitive to that sort of thing. I do not have air conditioning. My place is south facing so expect it to get warm in the summer. I have multiple fans in my place to help out with that. I do have NETFLIX and Prime TV but don't have cable tv. This is my home so you can expect to come across my personal effects while staying here.
