Pet Friendly Ocean View Private Kitchenette Suite

Central city, 1 km to grocery, restaurants... Ground level private studio suite, shared front door entry. Your pets are welcome. Queen bed, kitchenette & private bathroom. Environmentally friendly. Our home is a great stopover between north/south island explorations, serves as the perfect launching pad for day trips to Quadra Island, Strathcona Park & good for long term (inquire for discounts). Expect noise from upstairs, from our kitchen, kitchen cooking opens at 7 am and closes totally at 9pm. The space Cosy suite on quiet evening street with ocean view and lovely flower/veggie garden where you can sit and enjoy. Not suitable for those working midnight shifts or sound sensitivity due to upstairs daytime noise. Please park on the side of the road. We support hospice by purchasing all that we can at their thrift store. Check out the great work they do in our community; Campbell River Hospice Society. Please note that the kitchen is above this suite so there is noise that transfers. Kitchen hours are 7 am - 9 pm for cooking. Still, people may run water and be walking through, and in the summer, many are up early to start their daily adventures. The garage is beside this room and you will hear the garage door open in the morning, mostly early, when I for my morning walk. If noise disturbs you, this is not the place for you. Location Details: This home is on a typical Campbell River suburban street with ocean view. Our home is 'close' city bus stop (up steep hill 3 blocks) but buses aren't super frequent. Campbell River is a town that is best travelled when you have your own car, just saying. We believe in multi-use homes to reduce the impact of suburban sprawl on our forests and farm lands. With this said, if you bring your furry friend we ask that you don't leave them unattended as barking disturbs our other guests. Our home is clean and nothing is new as we prefer not to fill the city dump unnecessarily. This is not a fancy B&B.
