The perfect spot for your adventures on the Lake! The space Recently renovated, this cozy apartment is bright and tastefully furnished, combining comfort and convenience. Upon arrival, you can conveniently park your car right in front of the entrance. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. The living room includes a large sofa bed and a TV, with direct access to a charming garden—perfect for dining or chilling outdoors. The sleeping area offers a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a modern bathroom complete with a shower and washing machine. An intimate and comfortable retreat, designed to make you feel at home from the very first moment. Guest access The accommodation will be entirely at your disposal, ensuring maximum privacy. It offers convenient parking as well as a small private garden at the back. The front courtyard, instead, is shared with the other residents. Other things to note A welcome basket will be offered to our guests, coffee pods, tea, snacks, water and juices. We also offer a storage service for small boats up to 6 meters in length, at a cost of €10 per day. The service must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.
