Studio Bedroom w/ Private entrance & restroom

My place is a 15 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes away to the closest shopping center/movie theater. There are many walking trails and a 15 minute walk to the shopping center. (1 king bed, 1 cot). PRIVATE ENTRANCE & BATHROOM. It is a converted garage, which we turned into a studio apartment. This is suitable for 2 adults and 1 kid. 2 adults is most comfortable. Backyard is shared, with the owners of the house. The space This is a converted garage. It does not look like a garage. There is a walk in closet, and a kitchenette! Guest access Laundry and patio, both of which are shared with the owner. Laundry is only available for monthly guests. 1 load per week. Other things to note You will only share one wall with the main house, but the bathroom is in between the main house and the room. It is next to our driveway so our cars are parked outside of the unit, but the unit entrance is never blocked by our cars. Please keep in mind we are a family of 2. We are working, so you will only see the cars at night or weekends.
