Welcome to The Reel Cozy Cabin Nestled on the banks of the Blackwater River in Milton, Florida, this cabin is your perfect escape for fishing, floating, and unforgettable memories. Whether you’re here to relax by the firepit, cast a line from the dock, or explore the river by paddleboard, or boat. This cabin offers comfort, privacy, and plenty of charm. Centrally located 5 mintues from downtown historic Milton. And a 30 min drive to Navarre Beach and Pensacola. The space The Space 2 bedrooms / 1 bath – sleeps up to 4 guests Master bedroom: Queen bed with 4 pillows & dresser Second bedroom: 2 twin beds with 2 pillows each & dresser Cozy living room with couch & smart TV Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, utensils, and dining essentials Towels, linens, and extra sheets provided 3 TVs for entertainment Outdoor Fun Guests enjoy full access to: Private dock right on the river for fishing, floating, or you are welcome to bring your own canoes, kayaks, jet skis, or boat ( we have a non covered boat slip available) Or you can use the nearby boat launch at Russel Harbor landing. ****Sunset cruises available for an additional cost, please contact host for availability and prices**** Paddle boards & floats provided by the host for fun on the water. A fire pit for evenings under the stars ( firewood is not provided but plenty of local stores and gas stations sell this year round. For your safety: All activities on the property including use of the dock, floats, and paddle boards are at your own risk. Guests assume full responsibility, and the owners cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or damages. A Note About the Property The cabin shares land with the owners’ home, who reside there full time. Your privacy is always respected. We kindly ask that you do not enter our fenced areas unless invited. The adjacent garage is also not for guest use or access. Our friendly cat, Nubs, may greet you outside. However we ask that you please don’t let him inside the cabin. Guest access Our home has a Yale lock for easy entrance. Your code will be sent to you one day prior to check in.
