This includes the driveway and the two-car garage for your parking needs. Other things to note We love furry friends, but please note the following: * A maximum of Maximum of 1 allowed pet is allowed per stay. * A pet fee of $150 (plus taxes & fees) is required. ### Important Information Rental Agreement: After booking, you will receive a rental agreement via email that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Security Hold: A security hold of $350.00 will be placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. This is not a charge and is automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay, provided there is no excess cleaning or damage. Family-Friendly: Traveling with little ones? We provide a Pack 'n Play/travel crib and can offer babysitter recommendations upon request. Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the home.
