The space The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and stove - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A separate toilet First floor: - A bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180×200) - A bathroom with shower For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan. A cot is available free of charge on request in advance. Outside: - A 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A secure bicycle storage room is at your disposal The house is ideally located in one of the small villages of Plouër-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant, peaceful environment on the banks of the Rance and a 5-minute walk from the GR34 hiking trail. All essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets in Plouër, are just a 3-minute drive away. Activities: - Discover the medieval town of Dinan, with its cobbled streets, ramparts and picturesque port, a 10-minute drive away. - Relax at the Plouër-sur-Rance slipway, a haven of peace with breathtaking views of the river, ideal for picnics, watching the sailboats and enjoying the calm of a preserved natural setting. - Spend the day in Dinard or Saint-Briac for a swim at their famous beaches, a 20-minute drive away - Explore Saint-Malo, the pirate town, with its ramparts and maritime atmosphere. Parking: You can park in 3 free spaces right next to the accommodation. Free public parking is also available 25 metres away.
