The house comprises a large 40 m² living room (with pellet stove), communicating with a lounge (with wood-burning stove and TV), a fully-equipped kitchen, a master suite (with shower and bath), two bedrooms, each with its own shower room, and a garden The space The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A large 40 m² living room with cathedral ceiling - Living room with TV, wood-burning stove (wood supplied)... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room - A laundry room - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: master suite with king-size bed (180×200), en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and dressing - Bedroom 3: with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room. - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Children are welcome, with indoor and outdoor games provided. Exterior: - A 30 m² south-facing wooden terrace with furniture - A large 4000 m² enclosed garden planted with trees and flowers, with furniture, hammock and children's games (wooden teepee, swing) to enjoy the fine weather. Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - Free Wifi available - The wood-burning stove and pellet-burning stove are functional, and wood and pellets are provided. - The house is located on the same plot as another house (shared garden), but there is no vis à vis between the 2 terraces. - Dangerous staircase (accompaniment of children recommended) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
