The space 📍 Location – Nick’s Villa - 3 KM from PVJ Mall - 5 KM from Dago - 6 KM from Gedung Sate - 6 KM from Bandung Train Station - 12 KM from Lembang Park & Zoo 🏡 Villa Policy & House Rules General Access - The villa is located in a private property area, accessible only to designated guests. - Day visits are free of charge between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (max stay: 4 hours); outside these hours will be considered an overnight stay and charged accordingly. 🚫 Restrictions - BBQ is strictly prohibited inside the house. - Smoking is not allowed indoors; guests may smoke outdoors, as long as the doors are kept closed. ⏰ Check-In & Guest Policy - Early check-in & late check-out depend on availability. Please confirm your arrival date in advance. - Guests must register the exact number of staying guests no later than the day of arrival. - Children under 6 years old stay free of charge. - Additional fee applies for professional photo or video shoots. 🔇 Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. - Please keep TV, music, and voices at a low level. - Kindly open and close doors quietly. ⚖️ Respectful Stay - Inviting additional guests to stay overnight without booking is prohibited. - We uphold respectful and lawful activities only. - Adultery, illegal, or inappropriate activities are not allowed.
