Charming house between the sea and Mont Saint Michel

Large renovated country house in Fleury, quiet, surrounded by fields and 10 minutes from a supermarket. Ideal for discovering Lower Normandy: 5 min from Villedieu-les-Poêles, 20 min from the wild and natural beaches of Lower Normandy, and 30 min from Mont Saint-Michel. Enjoy a large garden and beautiful views of nature. A cozy house for a comfortable stay, between walks by the sea, historical heritage and wild landscapes typical of the region! Large dining area Comfortable living room with TV Very large garden to enjoy the calm and nature. Important to note: We are in the process of modernizing the interior decoration (fresh paint, furniture improvement), which explains why the photos do not yet fully reflect the final look. Guest access You can access the house by car, no access by public transport. The nearest railway station is Villedieu-les-Poêles station. Other things to note 🏡 House Rules Please follow the following rules for the smooth running of your stay: ⚡ Energy & Consumption The meters are read. In case of excessive consumption, an extra charge may be made. Please use off-peak hours for laundry: 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. 🛌 Bedrooms and beds The house has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor (sleeps 2): - 1 bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs (sleeps 6): - 2 bedrooms with double bed; - 1 bedroom with a pull-out bed that turns into 2 single beds. All sheets are provided. 🚿 Bathrooms and toilets Upstairs: a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor: 1 bathroom with shower - separate toilet. We provide one towel kit per person based on the number of people on the reservation. These kits are available in the bedrooms. 👩‍🍳 Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped. You have at your disposal the gray fridge + the large white freezer. If necessary, another fridge is available in the garage. Don'ts ❌: Do not place hot dishes directly on the countertops or the kitchen table (risk of damage). 🗑️ Waste sorting & management Yellow bin (plastic/cardboard): 👉 one in the kitchen, one in the garage. In this bin, dispose of all NON-FOOD waste (packaging, etc.). If they are full, empty them into the large trash can under the shed (small open building at the back of the house - in front of the kitchen window). * Food waste: 👉 only in the transparent brown bags provided, to be thrown in the dark green trash can under the shed. Glass: a specific trash can is available in the garage. Can you empty this trash can yourself at the entrance to the city, in the parking lot before the church. Collection schedule (we take care of it): * Yellow bin: Tuesday evening even week * Food waste bin: Tuesday evening odd week 🧹 Cleaning & tidying No cleaning fee is required. Please leave the space clean and tidy. You will find the cleaning products in the washing machine closet (kitchen). The vacuum cleaner is in the white closet next to the ground floor bedroom, and the mop under the stairs. A second vacuum cleaner is available upstairs. Please strip the beds at the end of your stay and fold the sheets and towels, to be placed on each bed. 🏞️Exterior Placemats and tablecloths are available for the outdoor table. An ashtray is available on the shelves of the entrance. 4 deckchairs are stored in the garage. 🚫 Restricted access & security Access to the building at the bottom of the garden is prohibited. A water point is present at the bottom of the garden: be vigilant, a marker is in place. We are renting out our house for the first time.
