The “Tree House” in the heart of StAlbert Alberta

Our “Tree House” is a peaceful and centrally-located private unit in St Albert, Alberta. This newer 850 sq ft living space above a triple garage offers a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, fireplace and small deck with a propane BBQ. Large King master bedroom with a full ensuite and a small second bedroom with a small pull out couch. The units main bathroom is a half bath with full laundry. You can’t beat the privacy and location for easy access all over the city of Edmonton. The space This unit is located at the rear of the property accessible through the back alley access only. Please do not go to the main house as the “Tree House” is a separate detached unit above a triple garage accessible through the rear alley. The fenced back yard belongs to the main house so please respect their privacy. The “Tree House” is self contained with garage space to park 2 vehicles. Please note the driveway is also used by the main house residents so please park in the garage or on the side street. Guest access We will provide guests with their own unique randomly selected door code for the duration of the stay. Parking for two vehicles will fit in the garage providing they do not exceed 20 feet in length and 6 foot 8 inches (80 inches) in height. Other things to note SLEEPING SPACES As indicated in earlier information, our unit can sleep up to 4 adults however 2 adults would sleep on the queen airbed provided or an adult on the spare room pull out and an adult on a foamy or airbed in the living room. This unit is most comfortable with 2 adults, 2 adults with smaller children then yes 4 adults will work but the additional 2 adults will not be in their own bedroom. (Second bedroom pullout will only sleep one adult). Our only ask is to treat our second home as if it was your home as well. We love our small living space which is where we stay when we come to Edmonton/St Albert to visit our kids and 5 grandkids. We know people are always looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay and we are very happy to share our space with you!
