Guest access Guests have full access to the home. It's been prepared to make it like your home away from home! Other things to note According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign and complete a Reservation Agreement and include guest list. The Reservation Agreement will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. Reservation Agreement includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information to make your visit enjoyable. Reservation is not complete until Reservation Agreement and Addendum is completed, reviewed and approved which must occur before check-in instructions are provided. NO Smoking of any kind in the home or on the premises. NO cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana. Violation will result in forfeit and fines + possible eviction. Maximum Occupancy 9 including children and infants of all ages. Minimum Age 25. Parking- Two cars may park on the Driveway. No additional street parking is available. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out is 10:00 a.m. We reserve the right to decline requests leaving a 2 night gap in the calendar. We reserve the right to require a 2-3 night between reservations. 5-7 night minimum stay during Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year Holiday season, and other peak convention periods.
